Index01 LLC: the studio puts down roots in Florida.
On July 24, 2026 we filed the Articles of Organization of Index01 LLC with the state of Florida's business registry, and the state completed the registration: the company exists. It's paperwork, yes. But for us it's the same idea we propose to every client, applied at home: what's built seriously is built to last.

For months we've been telling every business that a serious presence starts with a serious structure: pages of your own, clear data, rules in writing. Formalizing the studio as a Florida company is that same principle, taken to paper. The name you see on this site is now also a name inscribed in the state's public registry.
Clean accounts
Contracts and invoices in the company's name, a clean separation between the studio and the personal, and a public registry where anyone can verify we exist. The transparency we ask for, offered.
Nothing changes for you
If you already work with us, everything stays the same: same prices, same agreements, same treatment. New documents, contracts and invoices, now come out under Index01 LLC. That's all.

INDEX01 LLC is now incorporated with the Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz): Articles of Organization filed July 24, 2026, document L26000393420, verifiable in Sunbiz's public registry. We promised to update this note once the registration was complete, and here it is. That's how we tell things: with dates and verifiable facts, also when we talk about ourselves.

At Index01 we believe beauty is a consequence of intention, and that idea doesn't live only in design. A company is built the way we build a website: doors, not walls. Everything in its place, with a clear name and a readable record, for people, for machines, and now for institutions too.
